Today, as globalization accelerates, so does the level of rivalry among businesses. Companies employ all resources and abilities to stay ahead of vital competition. Human resources are the most significant of these abilities. They used to carry out all types of operations in any organization. Thanks to this reason, companies strive to the finest candidate for various vacant positions. Because a manager's responsibility is to guarantee that everything in the firm functions properly, the selection of a manager is the most crucial problem of all. Nowadays, many traditional approaches (recruitment forms, interviews, etc.) utilized in manager selection cannot provide effective solutions owing to subjective interpretations. Multi-criteria decision making methods are seen as better alternatives than other approaches for their transparency, easy-to-use etc. To fill the gap in the field of manager selection, twenty researchers who are experts in their fields came together and to share their knowledge on manager selection. Thus, this book is published for providing solutions about manager selection problems in many areas.
