In this book we are arguing that thefunctions of multinational governmental organizations are now an essential part of global ajfairs. They are represented in the system of multilateral interactions, negotiations, the global economic and fınancial processes, mass protest movements, etc.
International governmental organizations play in this system independent role, make changes to it in accordance with their own objeetives, and contribute to the formation of transnational networks.
